Situated in a quiet residential pocket of West London, Raynham Road underwent a full transformation of its kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden. The layout was reconfigured, finishes upgraded, and flow reimagined.
The design balances soft order with playful detail. A subtle material palette is offset by vibrant accents and bold forms, giving each space its own rhythm while maintaining coherence throughout the home.
An elegant yet funky renovation of kitchen, living space, bathroom and garden. Bold moments—like the deep blue cabinetry and terrazzo countertops—are balanced by softer tones and textural calm. Light was directed with intention, from concealed LED strips to large-format rooflights that pull daylight deep into the plan.
The client's brief leaned toward fun. Our challenge was to make that functional. We worked to keep the original structure legible while carving out new views and easier transitions between kitchen, lounge, and the outdoors.
The layout flows naturally from space to space with defined uses and clear geometry. Each room invites its own atmosphere through texture, light, and select colour.
The bathroom became a jewel box of green tiles and frameless glazing, while the kitchen was opened up into the garden with carefully aligned thresholds and materials that continue outside. Each decision—structural or surface-level—was made in conversation with the client’s openness to experimentation and the home’s compact footprint.
Outside, we created zones for lounging, planting, and storage, all unified by a stepped landscaping strategy that complements the interior rhythm.
